Job summary

Godshall Recruiting in Greenville, SC, is seeking a recruitment partner to lead full-cycle sourcing for engineering, technical sales, and manufacturing leadership roles. You will partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, advise on market availability, and present top talent to drive impactful hires.

The role offers a hybrid work environment with two days remote and three days in the downtown Greenville office.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring for engineering, technical sales, or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical discipline.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts, processes, and terminology.
• Strong sales instincts—comfortable influencing, negotiating, and building client relationships.
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication and consultative mindset.
• Resourceful, proactive approach to finding top talent.
