Vice President, Trinity Consultants Engineering & EHS Workforce Solutions

Trinity's Engineering & Environmental, Health & Safety (E2HS) Workforce Solutions business line connects engineering professionals with leading companies in Biotech, Chemical, Specialty Polymers, Energy, and Building Materials sectors.

E2HS is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to source Engineering & EHS talent on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in metrics-driven engineering staffing. Occasional travel may be required, and availability for daily Teams meetings during normal business hours is expected.

This position offers benefits including Medical, Dental, 401K, paid time off, and holidays. A company laptop and recruiting tools will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing, recruiting, and administrative activities.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through continuous sourcing.
• Manage and update candidate information in Bullhorn Database.
• Identify and pursue qualified engineering and environmental professionals.
• Use social networking platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, iHire, and Bullhorn for sourcing.
• Cold call and network to find new talent.
• Review position requirements to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Identify, screen, and submit candidates to meet hiring goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of recruiting experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals, Polymers, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Building Materials, IT, Supply Chain, or Energy industries.
• Recent experience in Engineering or EHS sourcing.
• Ability to generate revenue within the first 30 days.
• Minimum 40 hours per week during normal business hours from a home office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bullhorn staffing, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Self-initiative and ability to work independently.
• High curiosity, organization, motivation, and focus.
• Excellent organizational skills, including follow-through and follow-up.
• Comfortable cold calling during business hours.
• Availability outside normal hours for urgent follow-up.
