Indotronix is seeking a Remote & Part Time Staffing / Recruiter Specialist 2 for a job opportunity in California.

Job Description :

Provides answers requiring an understanding of staffing processes to customers and applicants to ensure staffing procedures are followed. Recognizes inconsistencies in staffing processes and reports to senior staffing representatives for follow-up. Maintains contact with potential candidates using various communication techniques to keep them interested in future opportunities. Encourages potential candidates to apply for job openings. Prepares preliminary analysis of diversity and college staffing plan data against goals to develop recommendations for staffing plan revisions. Reviews job opening requests for content and completeness before submitting to recruiting systems. Performs applicant downselect using keyword searches to identify minimally qualified candidates for management review. Requests government conflict of interest reviews for applicants selected for interview. Prepares and extends routine offers to candidates, consulting with more experienced staff as needed. Assists with orientation by providing company information to new and rehire employees following instructions from senior staff. Documents staffing processes as provided by process owners or experienced personnel. Generates metrics reports and consolidates data for staffing and customer review. Coordinates logistical plans for interview events.

Required Skill Set :
  • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting
  • 3+ years’ experience utilizing social networking tools for recruiting
  • 1+ years’ experience recruiting/sourcing for technical positions requiring security clearance
Desired Skills Set :
  • Specialization in IT recruiting: Software Engineering, Software Development, Software Testing, Cyber Security, IT System Design, Data Analysis, System Architecture, Software Applications
  • Experience in remote recruiting/sourcing roles
  • Experience in government contracting, SaaS, Defense, supply chain, or logistics recruiting is preferred
