External SA Recycling in California seeks an Engineering Procurement Assistant to support the Engineering Department’s purchasing tasks. You will handle clerical and fiscal duties, maintain PO records, and communicate with vendors, project managers, and SA Recycling facilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook is expected, with Dynamics knowledge a plus. The role emphasizes data entry, tracking of quotes and purchases, and budget support.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and recordkeeping in a purchasing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an office setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide clerical and fiscal support to the Engineering Department's Purchasing function.
• Maintain and track purchase orders and project records across divisions.
• Interface with vendors via face-to-face, phone, and email for quotes and purchases.
• Assist in budget tracking and auditing of purchases.
• Support accounting with invoices and document attachments to POs.
