Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance or a related field.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/Accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Create all new tool build and tool repair orders.
• Update ERP, Access database, and Tooling Report file.
• Process customer purchase orders in ERP and Access database.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors for new tool builds and tool repairs.
• Generate cost breakdown sheets for each purchase order.
• Invoice customers for tool builds, repairs/modifications, and samples and monitor collections.
