The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely completion of duties, with opportunities to work closely with Quality Engineers and the Director of Quality.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Typing 65 wpm demonstrated.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with QA documentation and record-keeping.
• 1–3 years in an office setting; QA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial investigation information for customer complaints as directed.
• Maintain quality logs such as GP-12 and ICAR (9am Action Log).
• Assist in DataMyte setup creation and report querying for quality metrics.
• Maintain calibration records and manage internal/external calibration schedules.
• Review calibration reports for out-of-tolerance findings and escalate as needed.
• Support Quality Leadership with corrective action databases for supplier issues.
• Assist in updating quality documents and PPAP files as directed by engineers.
• Prepare medical certificates of conformance for review by Quality staff.
