Job summary

Filtration Group is seeking a Cost Accountant for its Sauget, IL location. In this role, you will partner with the VP of Finance to establish standard costs, analyze variances, and manage financial reporting for production operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance and strong ERP skills, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. You'll ensure accuracy in inventory valuation and contribute to compliance efforts.

Competitive salary of $75-85K annually and eligible for a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant finance experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years Cost Accounting experience highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities related to Cost Accounting and Inventory processes.
• Perform labor and overhead studies annually.
• Lead periodic inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
