You will collaborate with technical staff and leadership to translate complex project experience into compelling materials for pursuit and business development. The role demands strong writing, project management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or proposal experience in engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical information into client-focused content.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Word and PowerPoint; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations in response to RFQs/RFPs.
• Support creation of marketing materials, staff resumes, client references and testimonials.
• Manage website and social media maintenance, including blog posts and updates.
• Maintain CRM database and generate customized reports for qualifications.
• Assist in developing advertisements for events and client outreach.
• Contribute to various business development initiatives and lead tracking.
