Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing and/or proposal experience, preferably in engineering/architecture/construction or professional services.
• Experience managing proposals and qualifications packages from solicitation through submission.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear, client-focused content.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Proposal/Presentation Development – develop materials in response to RFQs and RFPs; maintain in-house proposal list.
