Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an ABET-accredited BS degree with 5–7 years in AEC and 3–5 years of PM experience, plus strong skills in critical path, cost control, and client communication.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. degree in a technical field.
• 5-7 years of technical experience in the architecture/engineering/construction field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in critical path, cost control, budget and deliverable tracking, risk management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review project requirements and clarify conflicts or gaps.
• Plan activities, costs and schedules based on team inputs and client scopes.
• Support proposal development for scope and deliverables.
• Initiate projects with team and stakeholders and establish baselines.
• Manage the project team to produce timely, quality deliverables within budget.
• Maintain project meetings, minutes, and status reports.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with team leads.
• Ensure quality control meets standards throughout the project.
