Job summary

MITER Brands leads initiatives at our Gratz, PA facility to coordinate product engineering projects, drive cost-reduction efforts, and manage scope, timelines, and budgets. This role interfaces with internal and external teams to ensure program success.

The Project Manager position emphasizes collaboration, process improvements, and clear communication across departments, with a focus on timely, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Proven supervisory abilities, 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SolidWorks PDM experience is preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Planner experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate conversations with internal & external customers to confirm assumptions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop work breakdown structures and timelines.
• Generate and maintain Gantt charts to manage critical paths and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional updates and/or gate reviews.
• Coach teams on deliverables to meet milestones in sustaining process.
• Conduct post audits to identify successes and future opportunities.
