Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Project Manager to lead the engineering project portfolio from intake to production. You will communicate across all organizational levels, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely project delivery.

You will work with the corporate PMO to define and implement process improvements and lead design and gate reviews to meet objectives with urgency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or similar field.
• 5+ years experience leading new product development projects.
• PMP certification and strong communication, coaching, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to engage and communicate to stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from intake through production with cross-functional teams.
• Align project scope, schedule, budget, and KPI targets with sponsors.
• Develop charters and manage change, risks and issues transparently.
• Prepare project status updates for senior leadership in monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with the PMO to improve project management processes.
• Ensure design reviews and gate reviews are completed on schedule.
