Job summary

MITER Brands is a leading residential window and door manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to drive process improvements across production operations. You will analyze workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Support daily production operations by troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
• Lead or support capital equipment and tooling projects.
