Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects supporting product engineering initiatives, including design changes, quality improvements, and cost-reduction efforts. The role requires planning, managing, and executing projects within timelines and budgets at our Gratz, PA facility.

This non-remote position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of schedules, and regular gate reviews to ensure successful outcomes while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or technical discipline.
• Proven supervisory abilities with 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SolidWorks PDM experience preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Planner experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and ability to set priorities for multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with individuals across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate conversations with internal & external customers to confirm assumptions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to conduct work breakdown structures, assign owners, and develop timelines.
• Generate and maintain Gantt charts to manage critical paths while mitigating risks and ensuring timely introductions.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional updates and/or gate reviews.
• Coach teams on the deliverables required to meet critical milestones throughout the sustaining process.
• Be instrumental in conducting post audits to identify successes and future opportunities.
• Work closely with management to identify and prioritize sustaining activities.
• Administer ECN process and develop efficient internal communications with all cross-functional team members.
• Align objectives with company goals for scope, schedule, and budget.
