Job summary

T egra Medical LLC in Franklin, MA is hiring a Project Manager – Engineering. You will lead cross-functional engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation through closure, including root-cause investigations and continuous-improvement initiatives.

You will own project execution—schedules, milestones, actions, and risk management—while coordinating resources and supplier activities to keep programs on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in medical-device or regulated manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from authorization through implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and due dates.
• Track actions, decisions, deliverables and open issues to completion.
• Escalate delays and resource constraints to leadership when needed.
• Provide regular status reports and document lessons learned.
