Job summary

MITER Brands in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team in improving line throughput, quality, and cost targets. You will guide prototype-to-production transitions, manage budgets, and mentor engineers across cross-functional groups.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering with 15+ years’ experience and 5+ years in engineering management, plus hands-on CAD (SolidWorks) and Lean Six Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Industrial Engineering and >15 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in Engineering Management.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Enhance assembly line flow and increase throughput using data analysis.
• Lead transitions from prototype design to full-scale production.
• Propose project budgets and manage capital expenditures.
• Train new engineering team members and collaborate across functions.
• Ensure quality standards, root-cause analysis, and traceability.
