Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years minimum managing $100K+ projects with MS Project.
• Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing environment experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own project deliverables and timelines; manage scope changes and risks.
• Develop schedules and assign tasks; ensure clear roles.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and document decisions.
• Produce status updates for leadership and PDC.
• Drive Lean and quality improvements in project execution.
• Lead post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
