Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks or other solid modeling software.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and process-improvement skills.
• Familiarity with steel fabrication processes and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams to define requirements and budgets.
• Develop facility layouts and engineering documentation.
• Lead the introduction of new equipment and technologies into manufacturing processes.
• Apply LEAN principles to improve equipment efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support safety and quality initiatives and prepare project status reports.
