Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Engineer to lead engineering projects from concept through completion, including equipment acquisitions and facility expansions, across three Utah sites. You will drive LEAN-based improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven problem solving to deliver reliable manufacturing processes.

The role requires 3–5 years in a manufacturing setting with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and data tools.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software is required.
• Demonstrated ability in process improvement, metric development, and problem-solving is required.
• Familiarity with machinery, fabrication, automation, and construction methods is preferred.
• Strong math principles and engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work across 3 local sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, facility engineers, and designers to define project requirements and document layouts.
• Manage external vendors and contractors with project budgets and schedules.
• Lead the implementation of new equipment/technology in manufacturing processes.
• Apply engineering concepts to optimize equipment, procedures, and budgets.
• Support installation, commissioning and testing of new equipment.
