Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive moderately complex engineering programs from initiation through closeout. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule constraints.

The role emphasizes ownership of scope, cost control, and change management, with opportunities to mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines and client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• P.E. license and PMP certification are highly preferred.
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage commercial contracts, invoicing, change notices, and project plans in Vision.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and quality, using project controls tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate资源 requirements and conduct weekly team coordination meetings.
• Interview discipline leads and maintain financial health of projects.
• Provide construction phase support and respond to RFIs as needed.
