The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and strong program or project management experience; defense or aerospace experience is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time position with a 9/80 schedule and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
• Strong program or project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Defense or aerospace experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones to meet contract requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to support project timelines
• Monitor program documentation, technical data packages, compliance requirements, and customer specifications
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Lead customer meetings, project reviews, and status presentations
• Track action items and ensure timely communication between stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase project efficiency and effectiveness
