Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 3-7 years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or technical environments.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects strongly preferred.
• Experience in mission-critical, industrial, or highly technical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads project planning, scheduling, & execution across multiple engineering disciplines
• Develops & maintains project scopes, schedules, budgets, & resource plans
• Coordinates with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection to ensure fully integrated project delivery
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, & external partners
• Facilitates internal & external project meetings, ensuring clear communication & documentation
• Tracks project progress, identifies risks, & implements mitigation strategies
• Reviews project deliverables for completeness, alignment with CM|MC standards, & client expectations
• Manages project documentation, including contracts, change orders, & meeting minutes
• Supports the engineering team & ensures deadlines & documentation are maintained
• Supports internal QA/QC processes & continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepares & presents project status updates to leadership & stakeholders
• Ensures project close-out activities are completed, including documentation, lessons learned, & client handoff
• Performs other duties as assigned
