Job summary

ARC Technology Solutions, LLC in Nashua, NH seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality, manage risks, track performance, and ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements in a dynamic, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience in engineering, technical, or related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required.
• PMP Certification preferred, not required.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, including financial scopes of $100,000+.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute project plans including scope, schedule, deliverables, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure alignment and project success.
• Coordinate project milestones, manage task scheduling, and ensure on-time delivery of project commitments.
• Serve as the primary communication interface with customers for project execution, updates, and issue resolution.
• Ensure all projects comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Track and report project health, including cost, schedule, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
• Forecast financial milestones with accuracy and monitor project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas to improve project efficiency and financial contribution.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and provide mitigation plans for all identified risks.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support project success.
• Communicate project expectations and performance clearly to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
