Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. in the United States seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead engineering projects from scope to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance and quality objectives.

You will coordinate with Engineering Resource Leaders, manage contracts, change notices, and client relationships, and drive staffing, reporting, and governance across multiple projects. A PMP and engineering background are preferred; up to 10 years of experience is expected.

• Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices.
• Knowledge and application of company engineering standards and project controls tools.
• Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments.
• A comprehensive understanding of the function of all engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Estimate professional services man hours and manage project budget and schedule with Engineering Resource Leaders.
• Manage commercial contracts and ensure timely invoicing and change notices.
• Maintain project plans in Vision and report progress through defined reports.
• Lead and align the team with clients, coordinate resources, and conduct weekly coordination meetings.
• Ensure documentation reviews and adherence to standards across all phases of engineering, procurement, and construction.
