Job summary

Worley is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects in Charleston, WV. You will oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, steering teams to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets while delivering strong commercial results.

You will coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to define objectives, manage risk, and ensure regulatory and Worley policies are followed. A proven track record in large-scale EPC projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with a High Value Engineering Centre.
• Industry experience delivering projects in chemicals or hydrocarbons.
• PM experience on projects >$25M TIC.
• Demonstrated commitment to HSE management in project environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) process.
• High level of customer focus.
• Proven ability to lead multidiscipline activities.

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of assigned projects from design through commissioning.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Establish clear project objectives with clients and stakeholders.
