Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years of relevant engineering experience in energy, chemicals, resources or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams or major project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical engineering department and develop the team.
• Support departmental planning, forecasting and priorities.
• Drive consistency in engineering execution, processes and standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities and work with leadership to address them.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
