Worley is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to lead analysis and design of structures and foundations for industrial projects in Charleston, WV. You will guide the structural discipline, develop calculations and drawings, and ensure code compliance while mentoring engineers.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, reviewing deliverables, and supporting risk analysis and value improvement initiatives to deliver safe, quality projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of progressive civil/structural engineering experience on industrial projects.
• Proven experience leading structural engineering scope and multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural analysis and design of steel structures, pipe racks, foundations and tall framed structures.
• Serve as Structural Discipline Lead, providing technical direction on project execution.
• Develop and approve structural calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure deliverables comply with codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to support integrated delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers; participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
• Support client engagements and represent the structural discipline in meetings.
