The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, stage-gate readiness, and delivery of KPI-driven project outcomes within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required.
• 5–7 years of engineering or project experience.
• Strong technical background.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, with detailed plans, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure Stage-Gate readiness with artifacts and approvals; identify risks and mitigate.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee design and development of engineering solutions.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain; facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate objectives and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
