BWX Technologies, Inc. in Euclid, Ohio, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead development-focused engineering projects.

You will define scopes, coordinate proposals, and drive cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and aligned outcomes. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and safety to optimize processes, manage risks, and support change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• BS in Engineering or other technical degree.
• 8 years of minimum relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE-L security clearance.
• Understanding of scope, schedule, cost, risk, actions, milestones, and change management.
• Strong organization and communication skills across a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency with standard business applications and ability to learn project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define scopes and coordinate ROM proposal efforts with the Program Management Office.
• Support design, product, materials, weld, and test units to streamline processes.
• Lead cross-functional coordination and reporting for large-scale issues with customers as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams for improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation plans through the project lifecycle.
• Resolve customer/technical issues and align with stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and safety.
• Monitor project metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Support change management for project-related organizational changes.
• Participate in contract review and negotiations as needed.
