Responsibilities

• Oversee complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for external customer technical matters.
• Lead design reviews and manage project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate ECR/ECN processes and budget tracking.
• Guide multiple projects concurrently and mentor engineers.
• Support development of project engineering and management processes.
