Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Port Arthur, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from scope through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, and team coordination while ensuring quality and on-time delivery to clients.

The role requires strong leadership, client management, and communication skills, with up to 10 years in engineering and project management. PMP/PE is preferred, and familiarity with Vision and project controls tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineer licensure and PMP certification preferred.
• Up to 10 years of engineering and project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management for moderately complex engineering assignments, delivering on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Manage commercial contracts and ensure timely invoicing and change control.
• Coordinate resources, scope, schedule, and client communications across the project team.
