Job summary

Hargrove seeks a Technical Leader responsible for guiding engineering work and supporting the Project Manager in cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. This role operates with minimal supervision across multi-discipline teams and critical deliverables.

Ideal candidates hold a PE and/or PMP, with 5+ years in engineering and project management, and a strong grasp of project controls and client relations. The position emphasizes team leadership and adherence to Hargrove procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering (PE) and/or PMP registration is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures and company standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Inform the PM of technical issues, decisions, and problems on the project.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM team on execution issues.
• Support PM in managing budgets and schedules and scope changes.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on engineering status.
• Plan and forecast engineering resources with discipline leads.
• Lead inter-discipline coordination and resolve design issues.
• Ensure overall quality control of engineering work.
• Review and approve inter-discipline deliverables and transmittals.
