Ideal candidates are active Sophomores to Seniors pursuing civil engineering or construction management with a 3.0 GPA or higher and prior internship experience in commercial construction.

Qualifikationen

• Active, full-time Sophomore–Senior level student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Previous work or internship experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Shows participation and/or leadership roles in student organizations or extracurricular club activities.

Aufgaben

• Provides administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Assists with RFI, document control and management, creation and tracking of submittals, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Assist in summarizing discussions and decisions from project meetings.
• Reads through specification books to ensure compliance and quality.
• Assist the Project Manager with inspections and documenting readiness.
• Update contract drawings to reflect approved changes and ensure updates.
• Assist Superintendents with daily reports and progress/quality photos.
