Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a manufacturing support professional for an on-site role in Rockford, IL. The position focuses on materials handling, documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of power component parts within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams, manage parts kitting and tracking, and help maintain accurate records using MS Office. Must have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma; US citizenship is

Qualifications

2–3 years’ experience in manufacturing with a focus on materials.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Oversee each phase of production to ensure completion of electrical power components.
Assist with regulatory documentation in highly regulated environments.
Manage and track technical documentation, drawings, and engineering changes.
Facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing and quality control.
Support project teams by tracking receipt, kitting, and allocation of parts.
Identify risks to on-time delivery and escalate as needed.
Collaborate with engineering, legal, quality assurance to integrate compliance into product development.
