Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. in Medina, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to take ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery. You will ensure financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.

You will act as the primary customer interface, manage communications and expectations, coordinate internal functions, and help drive improvements while adhering to ISO 9001:2015 quality processes. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project coordination or similar.
• Experience in engineering or industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery.
• Act as the primary customer interface, managing communications and expectations.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate communications between internal functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales).
• Apply project management processes and follow ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures.
• Represent Chart Industries with professionalism and accountability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance flow and profitability.
