Job summary

Chart Industries in Medina, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to own standard projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction. You will take proactive ownership and act as the primary interface with customers to manage expectations and communications.

You will coordinate across engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics and sales, apply ISO 9001:2015 processes, and represent Howden, a Chart Industries Company, with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or operations in an engineering, industrial or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple standard projects simultaneously with structured follow-through or lower-complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary customer interface, proactively managing communications, escalations, stakeholder expectations, and relationship health to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and early escalation of deviations to team leaders or supervisors.
• Coordinate communications between internal functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales)
• Apply project management processes and follow internal procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Represent Howden, a Chart Industries Company, with professionalism and accountability.
• Support a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project flow and profitability.
