Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Project Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to own standard projects from receipt to delivery and to act as the main customer interface, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality targets are met.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics and sales, applying PM processes and ISO 9001:2015. This role supports business growth and profitability in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project coordination or similar experience.
• Experience in engineering, industrial, or related environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery.
• Act as the primary customer interface, proactively managing communications, escalations, stakeholder expectations, and relationship health to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and early escalation of deviations.
• Coordinate communications between internal functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales).
• Apply project management processes and follow internal procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Represent Howden, a Chart Industries Company, with professionalism and accountability.
• Support a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project flow and profitability.
