Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering project kickoff activities and ensure inputs are documented and approved prior to design start.
• Maintain detailed project trackers for milestones such as design completion, BIM coordination, submittals, customer reviews, and release to ERP.
• Track dependencies and handoffs between engineering disciplines, BIM teams, and manufacturing engineering.
• Manage documentation and revision control for drawings, models, submittals, and related records.
• Coordinate preparation, internal review, and customer submission of technical submittals and coordination drawings.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on engineering progress, risks, and schedule impacts.
• Support cross‑functional meetings and ensure issues are elevated and resolved promptly.
• Assist with audits, first‑of‑kind reviews, or project retrospectives as needed.
