Job summary

Bloom Engineering, a Wabtec Company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, scheduling, and delivery of custom engineered-to-order projects. This in-office role requires coordinating across Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with customer requirements.

You will track progress, maintain documentation, and assist with risk identification while helping to keep projects within scope and deadlines. Relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering/engineered-to-order environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and coordination by creating and maintaining schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Act as liaison between Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and customers; communicate progress and risks.
• Track progress in PM systems; monitor engineering releases, procurement, manufacturing, and shipments.
• Coordinate documentation, change orders, and project closeout; ensure adherence to deadlines.
