Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Switchgear and Busway product lines at the Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will manage projects from inquiry to final release, coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer specifications and Vertiv quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing projects related to electrical power equipment such as switchgear or busway.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from quote through design, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project execution.
• Lead development and review of engineering drawings, BOMs, and test procedures.
• Coordinate sourcing and external vendors for components.
• Support material planning and procurement to meet schedules.
• Facilitate design reviews and production readiness meetings.
• Track schedules, risks, and deliverables with mitigation plans.
• Maintain document control on company and customer platforms.
• Support factory testing, inspections, and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and Vertiv policies.
