About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking an Engineering Change Services (ECS) Specialist to support engineering change control and product lifecycle management (PLM) activities within a fast-paced semiconductor product development environment. In this role, you’ll serve as a key contributor to Engineering Change Order (ECO/ECR) processes, documentation control, BOM management, configuration management, and engineering data governance.
This position is ideal for someone who combines mechanical design knowledge, PLM expertise, and strong project coordination skills to drive engineering changes from initiation through implementation.

What You’ll Do:
- Generate, process, and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through closure.
- Research and validate documentation, assemblies, parts, and BOM structures to ensure accuracy and compliance with change management processes.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Managers with daily engineering change activities.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement design solutions that align with manufacturing and supply chain requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive alignment regarding effectivity, cut-in strategies, excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory, and implementation plans.
- Serve as a point of contact for engineering change control processes and escalations.
- Process part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), drawing revisions, and change orders.
- Track documentation from initiation through final approval and release.
- Develop and maintain reports, metrics, trackers, and status dashboards.
- Support ISO documentation requirements, document releases, and revision control activities.
- Update drawings based on engineering model revisions.
- Support engineering teams with specification updates, drawing revisions, and documentation improvements.
- Facilitate engineering design review meetings, capture decisions, track action items, and distribute detailed meeting minutes.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECR), document control, PLM administration, configuration management, or engineering operations.
- 2+ years of experience using Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent CAD tools in a professional engineering environment.
- 2+ years of experience supporting PLM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, Agile, or similar product lifecycle management platforms.
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering documentation, BOMs, part numbers, releases, and revision control processes.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating engineering reviews, change boards, or cross-functional program activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.

Additional Information:
