Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA in Westminster, CO is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers across engineering programs. You will handle project setup, budgets, dashboards, procurement, vendor coordination, and closeout activities while ensuring compliance with ALTEN quality processes.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination, AS in a management field or equivalent, strong MS Office skills (including Project and Excel), and familiarity with Agile/PLM.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.S.) in a Management field or 2–5 years related experience.
• 3+ years of project coordination/admin experience.
• Ability to read/write reports and present information to groups.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Visio or equivalent is a plus.
• Agile/PLM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project set up and maintain dashboards.
• Budget creation/maintenance and financial tracking.
• Project closeout and deliverables verification.
• Track and maintain project dashboards and status reporting.
• SharePoint and OpenAir/NetSuite ownership and support.
• Assist with Sales Process.
• Procurement of project materials and vendor coordination.
• BOM maintenance, quoting, receiving, and customer invoicing.
• Meeting coordination and note taking.
• Issues, task, and action item tracking.
• Prepare presentations and deliver to stakeholders.
• Support multiple departments and levels across the organization.
• Engineering Change Order generation, tracking, and release.
• Document support and coordination including project plan updates and weekly status reports.
