Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Engineering Program Manager-Technical Lead in Norcross, GA. This role oversees the technical delivery of water and wastewater projects, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements and Inframark standards.

The position requires a four-year engineering or electrical degree and 10+ years in automation, with at least 5 years in municipal Water & Wastewater. You will lead project teams, drive QA/QC, and collaborate across delivery resources.

Qualifications

  • Four-year engineering or electrical degree required.
  • 10+ years in automation and field service, with 5+ years in municipal Water & Wastewater.
  • Proven leadership and progressive project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Experience with sales and project estimation; NEC knowledge; reading electrical drawings and P&ID.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams with project reviews and leadership alignment.
  • Lead conversations with customers to ensure solutions meet requirements and expand scope.
  • Oversee QA/QC and testing (FAT/SAT) to ensure deliverables meet standards.
  • Coordinate project startup activities and documentation in the repository.
  • Liaise with vendors/subcontractors to ensure compliance and timely deliverables.
