Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Engineering Program Manager-Technical Lead to serve as the overall technical leader for water and wastewater projects. You will ensure the delivered solution aligns with customer requirements and Inframark standards, coordinating with the project manager and delivery resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or electrical degree required.
• 10+ years in automation with 5+ years in municipal Water & Wastewater sectors.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the technical face of projects, ensuring scope compliance and on-time delivery.
• Support project managers with health, risks, and schedule updates.
• Lead QA/QC activities and oversee FAT/SAT testing and handoff.
• Collaborate with field service and vendor teams to meet project requirements.
• Manage technical risk and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
