Job Description:
8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management (EPM/TPM).
Strong experience leading complex, large-scale software or infrastructure initiatives end-to-end
Excellent understanding of SDLC, cloud/distributed systems, CI/CD, and release management.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Security.
Strong expertise in dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and program execution.
Experience with executive communication, program dashboards, milestone tracking, and stakeholder management.
Ability to understand technical architecture, identify root causes, and drive solutions across multiple teams.
