Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business or Operations Management with relevant technical experience may be considered.
• Strong Solidworks experience with demonstrable proficiency.
• Knowledge of engineering principles used in stress analysis, FEM, 3D modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation skills with data and analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive development, execution, and delivery for company projects.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work and budgets.
• Identify and allocate delivery resources, conduct bid analyses, and select resources.
• Lead project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Implement and track communication plans and documentation governance.
• Monitor project progress against budgets and schedules; report variances.
