Job summary

Dynamis Power Solutions in Houston, TX seeks an Engineering Product Line Manager who will own the success of assigned product lines. You will ensure engineering disciplines are staffed and progressing on new design and sustaining work, coordinating with core engineering, manufacturing, and external partners to meet deadlines.

This on-site role requires a four-year engineering degree and 3+ years of project management, plus strong communication and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Four year technical bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
• Three+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of assigned product lines and ensure staff and resources are aligned.
• Coordinate with core engineering, manufacturing, and external partners to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Lead design reviews with upper management and ensure adherence to safety processes.
