Job summary

Dynamis Power Solutions is seeking a PDM Engineering Manager to lead the product data management function across engineering, manufacturing, and shared services. You will ensure data packages, support engineering changes, and maintain data integrity in collaboration with ERP and engineering tools.

The role requires 3+ years in PDM and supervisory experience, with strong English communication. Travel up to 20% and a Monday–Friday schedule apply, with work located in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Four year technical bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Three+ years of product data management experience.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in spoken English language.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the product data management function and strategy.
• Interface with ERP and engineering tools to manage data.
• Ensure complete data packages for first article and sustained products.
• Lead the engineering change request (ECR) process.
• Collaborate with engineering, integration, manufacturing, and shared services.
