Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• PE, AICP, and PMP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications, and production.
• Lead project delivery plan using SDA; manage and mentor project team to objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and client relationships; assist with proposals and presentations.
