Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.
• Experience in transportation projects and CTDOT policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, schedule, and budgets; manage client communications.
• Serve as primary client liaison and lead project team to deliver scope on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross‑discipline teams; oversee design, analysis, and production deliverables.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; monitor risk and changes.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop project staff; support performance and compensation discussions.
• Support business development and pursuit efforts for strategic projects.
